Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Dice the onion and mince the garlic. Gather chicken, corn, chipotle peppers, and spices ready for cooking.
  2. Sauté Onion and Garlic: Heat olive oil or butter in a large pot over medium heat. Cook the onion until translucent and soft. Add garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant to create a flavor base.
  3. Add Chipotle and Spices: Stir in chopped chipotle peppers, cumin, and smoked paprika. Cook them with the onion mixture to let smoky aromas develop.
