Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Pan and Ingredients: Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal later. Gather all ingredients to have them ready.
  2. Melt the Butter and Sweetened Condensed Milk: In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir continuously until combined and warm, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add Chocolate and Vanilla: Remove the saucepan from heat immediately and stir in white chocolate chips and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. The residual heat will melt the chocolate perfectly.
  4. Fold in Marshmallows and Cherries: Gently fold mini marshmallows and dried cherries into the fudge mixture, being careful not to overmix to keep the marshmallows intact and chewy.
  5. Spread and Chill: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth evenly. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until fully set and firm enough to cut into bars.
  6. Slice and Serve: Use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge from the pan. Cut into squares or bars with a sharp knife and enjoy.
